The Inside Sales Support role is crucial in supporting business development and client retention efforts. The individual in this position will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by checking inventories, addressing customer complaints, assessing customer costs, and reviewing orders for accuracy. The Inside Sales Support will collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional partners such as operations and finance to provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Trade activities by assisting with customer service issues, order processing, pricing inquiries, order tracking, warranties, parts, and invoicing.
  • Act as a liaison between client companies, wholesale partners, and internal operations staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Salesforce system, documenting interactions, transactions, and relevant customer information.
  • Display a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues related to clients and business operations.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned, contributing to process improvement initiatives and overall team success.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support the sales department and meet organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or inside sales support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
