A Few Words About the Role
Direct Sales is one of the key growth channels for the company in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. We are excited about the plan to launch a Direct Sales team in the Czech Republic. You will join a phenomenal team of mission-driven people to further expand our customer base.
We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is ready to take responsibility for all our direct sales activities and will be responsible for achieving an ambitious sales plan. This will involve selling independently to gain experience and become an expert in the field, as well as building your own team of Brand Ambassadors (sales representatives) from scratch. These ambassadors will meet with Czech dog owners in person, exceed their sales targets, and represent the PsiBufet brand.
After a successful start, the role of Sales Manager will evolve to managing your own sales teams across the entire CEE region.

Recruitment Process:
Stage I: Video interview with our Talent Acquisition Partner (around 30 minutes)
Stage II: Video interview with the Direct Sales Manager and the Senior Regional Manager (about 1 hour)
Stage III: On-site meeting in our Warsaw office with the Direct Sales Manager and the Country Manager (around 2–3 hours)
