Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. - Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, ensuring that the team is meeting its goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure that business requirements are met and that the team is delivering high-quality software on time and within budget. - Continuously improve the team's processes and practices, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve their goals. - Solid understanding of software development processes and practices, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. - Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Central. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
