Leidos is on the lookout for a Jr. All Source Analyst to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in supporting the INDOPACOM J2 mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.
This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Level of opportunity, including compensation, will be matched to a candidate’s experience.
Note: This role is part of a prospective contract, contingent upon final award notification. Anticipated start date would be mid to late May 2026.
Job Summary:
Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all‑source analytic support to collections, operations, target development, intelligence planning, investigations, and other intelligence analytic requirements.
Uses information gained from multiple and varied sources to contribute to operational and/or strategic‑level assessments and products that address regional defense relationships, strategies, goals, and intentions, as well as the factors, conditions, or other influences involved.
Fuses strategic all‑source data and information into strategic all‑source intelligence products on topics including, but not limited to, military and security forces, equipment, OB, cyber, PAI, national strategy, and organized crime.
Produces intelligence products to meet planned or crisis‑support production requirements and prepares follow‑on products when required, including information papers, articles, and briefings.
Provides specialized or unique data to support and augment all‑source analysis. Intelligence products shall conform to ICD 203/IC standards and use DIA product lines.
Expands current MIDB/MARS data records to reflect the current environment, uses all‑source analysis to discover force disposition, and creates corresponding records. Integrates analysis into JIPOE products to help identify critical vulnerabilities.
Serves as a team member on command‑wide, multi‑disciplinary efforts that involve critical military and cyberspace/space issues.
Conducts Indications and Warning (I&W) analysis to assist in predicting potential behaviors and indicator changes within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
Required Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI security clearance on day 1
High School degree and 3-8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least 1 year of that experience in the last 2 years
Demonstrates mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
Communicates understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
Structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Collaborates and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Develops concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
