Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing resources effectively to deliver engineering solutions that meet both budgetary and operational requirements. You will engage with various engineering disciplines, fostering collaboration and driving the team towards successful project completion while maintaining a focus on excellence and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms. - Strong understanding of IoT architecture and protocols. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning applications in IoT. - Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in IoT implementations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
