About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Global Corporate Sales Strategy & Operations team. This individual will be a go-to-business partner for our Executives & our APJ Sales organization in Asia Corporate sales market. This individual will be a go-to-business partner for our executives and sales teams and will be responsible for delivering data led, actionable insights that result in:
Effective annual “go to market” planning (Plan the Business)
Trends, insights and actions for “in quarter execution” of the sales plan (Run the Business)
Identifying process, systems or organizational improvements and then planning and implementing these changes, often with cross functional and global teams (Change/Improve the Business)

What You'll Do & Projects:
Help to build and execute CrowdStrike’s Corporate Sales strategies in the APJ theatre, especially Corporate Sales markets in South Asia, Southeast Asia and North Asia:
Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic & tactical reporting as required by business stakeholders
Provide ongoing operational support to ensure the business running smoothly including RoE (Global Rules of engagement) communication and enforcement, account segmentation review and dispute, opportuntity ownership validation, renewal contract linkage correction, UOM (unit of measure) override
Partner with CPQ, Deal Desk and Finance team to promote the best practices on quoting and help with ACV and contract value validation
Support Data Governance team on customer & transactional data management and hygiene
Sales Territory & Resource Planning:
Collaborate with APJ and Global Sales Operations leader, ETM Ops, Finance and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans
Design and implement ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) rules in Salesforce to ensure optimised TAM split and account routing automation
Tie quotas for business segments back to pipeline needed and activity needed to generate pipeline
Change and improve the business to enable effective growth and scaling resulting in Sales Effectiveness and “Easy to Do Business With:"
Provide leadership with data led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan (where to focus and why, progress metrics design and reporting)
Influence business decisions by connecting and analyzing structured and unstructured data to build predictive models that will help to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, maximize customer success and optimize monetization
Monitor and optimize sales performance across the organization by translating business objectives into actionable insights
Represent Sales back to to the business and identify with data the root cause and pain resolution for improvement
Participate in planning and implementing changes led by Global team
Identify effectiveness of teams by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans & forecasts.
Proactively identify problem areas, diagnose, and work with Sr. leadership to correct and mitigate risk

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Consulting or Corporate Strategy function
Experience with Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Clari, Domo
MS Office power user, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills
Deadline focused and result driven
Experience working well with others and independently in a high performing environment
