What You'll Bring:
- Design and develop clear and easily consumable knowledge articles to ensure business unit compliance with company policies and federal/state laws
- Adjust content/knowledge articles and search criteria based on trends to allow for efficient use of the knowledge base by all agents
- Optimize the current knowledge base utilized by operations using modern methodology and techniques.
- Possess outstanding communication skills with the ability to tailor messages and deliverables to various people/groups of all levels, both internally and externally.
- Be able to self-manage and prioritize personal workload.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Provide recommendations for changes to the knowledge base, including content, linking and other factors, to improve efficiency and searchability of the information
- Identify trends, patterns and pain points for the agent experience with the knowledge base preferably using resources such as Google Analytics or any other resource that may become available.
- Possess excellent PC skills and know the software application packages used by the business unit.
- Be able to identify potential roadblocks and provide alternate solutions
- Advanced English skills for reading, writing and verbal

- Excellent listening skills and consultative skills.
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Good presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with various people/groups across the enterprise, as well as externally.
- Must be able to work independently and within group settings. Must be able to perform multiple tasks and determine when to escalate issues.
- BS/BA degree preferred
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
