The Role

This opportunity will be filled by someone who is passionate about email technology and has an understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) or a strong desire to learn. The role demands the interaction with technical staff enterprises to drive a strong email security posture. The individual will assist our clients with the implementation of the Email Fraud Defense Suite of Products and provide ongoing support for clients. The successful candidate will have great interpersonal and communication skills, high technical aptitude, and attention to detail. The candidate must be able to take responsibility and accept accountability for successful customer engagements. The candidate must also demonstrate Project Management skills, organization, and the ability to manage numerous implementations simultaneously.

Your day-to-day

  • Engage directly with our Email Fraud Defense customers as an expert in the field to improve their email security posture

  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction via service delivery

  • Coordinate with multiple parties – the customer as well as their third parties -- to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to customer issues, and completion of projects

  • Regularly demonstrate the ongoing value of Email Fraud Defense products to implemented clients

  • Work with internal teams (most notably engineering, operations, product management)

  • Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and facilitate creative solutions to unique challenges, maximizing the value of our Email Fraud Defense products

What you bring to the team

  • Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail

  • Experience with Email (SMTP) and Email Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) or ability to learn quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Relevant customer facing consulting experience

  • Must be comfortable with presenting and explaining technology to people with less technical knowledge

  • Must have a good understanding of the sales process, be sensitive to sales situations, and possess excellent customer service skills

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high stress start-up environment

  • Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and influence skills

  • Ability to work independently, ability to adapt quickly, positive attitude

  • Experience with Proofpoint products is a plus

  • Experience with Secure email Gateways is a plus

  • BA/BS or higher

  • Multi-lingual skills a plus.

Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 87,900.00 - 128,920.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 71,025.00 - 104,170.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 64,950.00 - 95,260.00 USD
