Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks, collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk, drive profitability and continued success, measure and communicate progress to leadership, and proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead project delivery with a focus on quality and cost management. - Develop and implement strategies to ensure project success. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Excellence. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in managing large, complex projects. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to drive profitability and service quality. - Proven track record of successful project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Delivery Excellence. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
