Job Title: Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance (Remote or Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an eager and highly motivated Finance Analyst to support the US Commercial Finance team. This role will provide a wide variety of financial analysis responsibilities and deliver insights to help facilitate speed and accuracy of decision-making, and positive impact to support the Company’s growth. This role will help establish dashboards and process improvements and will gain exposure to various financial partners as well as leaders outside finance in the US Commercial organization.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and data manipulation skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a key cross-functional role. In addition, the candidate will be able to think creatively, create meaningful business partnerships and be able to provide practical solutions to problems.
Responsibilities:
· Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the US Commercial organization, including variance analysis and trend identification
· Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the FP&A team in the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights
· Business Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the US Commercial organization, providing insights to drive decision-making and performance improvements
· Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and special projects within US Commercial organization
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to gather data, share insights, and support broader business objectives
· Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for senior management and executive leadership meetings, summarizing financial performance and highlighting key insights
· Perform other duties as needed
Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data effectively
· Analytical thinker with ability to summarize financial data into clear and concise recommendations for decision support
· Cross-functional collaboration and willingness to establish great working relationships
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with various stakeholders
· Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
· Excellent MS Excel and financial modeling skills are required
· Interest in the healthcare industry and/or medical technology sector is a plus

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,900.00 - $100,500.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
