  • Oversee Data Privacy Operations: Manage the daily execution and oversight of data privacy practices in AI deployments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and operational best practices.
  • Shape Security Strategy: Develop a comprehensive data privacy strategy that aligns with the organization’s risk profile and broader business objectives, adhering to relevant regulations and frameworks.
  • Manage Complex Projects: Oversee the execution of large-scale AI privacy initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while proactively addressing risks and fostering a culture of adaptability within teams.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Create an environment that promotes knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning. You will mentor colleagues, enhancing their expertise in data privacy and AI ethics, thus building a high-performing team that is committed to our compliance and security objectives.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Extensive Architectural Expertise: 8+ years of experience in data privacy, AI architecture, or a related field, with a proven history of designing compliant and effective data privacy frameworks in AI solutions; capable of leading strategic initiatives to enhance compliance and security posture.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CCPA), AI frameworks, and privacy-preserving technologies. Familiarity with encryption, anonymization techniques, and compliance standards is essential.
  • Demonstrated Initiative Leadership: Proven experience in leading large-scale data privacy initiatives, showcasing your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to align with compliance and ethical guidelines while driving operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate data privacy challenges into actionable AI solutions that integrate with business objectives and risk management frameworks.
  • Collaboration & Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering constructive partnerships across the organization.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
