Role and Responsibilities

The Demand Fulfillment Manager is critical in supporting and analyzing supply chain and financial data to optimize operational efficiency and revenue forecasting. This role bridges between Shipment and Finance, and works closely with various teams, including Logistics, Packaging Centers, and individual Account teams, to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery, however also with Accounts Receivables and Accounting, and Sales Finance on Revenue Tracking, Pricing Discrepancy, Invoice Reconciliation, and Month-end Closing. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, working independently, and a proactive approach to identifying and executing solutions.

The role supports the Sr. Manager of Demand Fulfillment Team, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

  •  Manage highly visible reports.

  • Evaluate supply-demand alignment by analyzing customer orders, inventory availability, and sell-in/sell-out trends.

  • Analyze financial data, shipping plans, supply status, and customer demand to provide actionable insights.

  • Monitor and report on key supply chain KPS, including order fulfillment rates, backlog trends, and revenue target achievement rates.

  • Implement data automation tools, macros, and reporting dashboards to streamline SCM and revenue tracking.

  • Monitor pricing discrepancies and provide analytical insights to the team on billing/invoice discrepancies, offering financial adjustments support and recommendations.

  • Support the Month-end Closing Process and Auditing regarding the customer order handling process.  

  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to assess and improve current processes, identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Coordinate with various teams and develop new business models for large projects related to supply chain management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years’ experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, business or operations management, or equivalent.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, solve problems proactively, and execute solutions effectively.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in supply chain or financial analysis.

  • Experience using supply chain management, enterprise planning, or financial planning systems is highly desired. (SAP, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Scripting skills and strong knowledge of a programming language. Data Engineering/Data Operations experience is a plus.
