Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Support the development and execution of corporate development strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director and leadership team on operating models, go-to-market strategies, and service strategies.
• Assist in the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities.
• Contribute to divestiture activities, including asset or division sales.
• Assist in the strategic management of intellectual property assets.
• Help communicate and promote the corporate growth vision throughout the organization.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential targets.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
• Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth strategies
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Strategic Management Professional (CSMP) or Certified Business Strategist (CBS) are a plus
