What You Will Do:
Consultants help our clients transform their business processes, develop and implement organizational strategies and cultural transformations, improve efficiency and operations, increase transparency and performance management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations. As a Consultant, you will be a critical member of project workstreams and support client management, solution implementation, and generation of project results. This includes conducting qualitative and qualitative data analysis, preparing and communicating well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives, and supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.

As a Consultant, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and public health experience, helping our clients solve complex public health and business issues from strategy to execution.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Apply critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to address complex organizational challenges via organizational assessments and business process improvement projects
  • Support the end-to-end development of client work products, such as process flows, meeting facilitation materials and presentations, strategic planning documents, strategic communications, and reporting dashboards
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to positive team culture and collaborative working environment
  • Understand firm capabilities, solutions, and methodologies
  • Support internal and business development initiatives, such as communities of practice and proposals


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of professional consulting or other applicable experience (e.g., professional services, government, public relations, or other related field)
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to think strategically while delivering tactically
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Federal consulting experience
  • Creative, solutions-focused problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels in an organization
  • Experience performing data analysis and using assessment findings to recommend and implement improvements
  • Organizational change management, strategic communications, and business transformation experience
