This role will be very involved in the multi-billion dollar Fab 34 new build project and Fab 24 rejuvenation project required to support Intel 3 process technology manufacturing.
Work began on Fab 34 back in 2019, with Module-1 of that facility online since 2023 and Module-2 due on line later in 2024. The Fab 24 rejuvenation project will run through 2026.
It is a very exciting time to join the team and we are looking for a Marketing, Communications Specialist that will be instrumental in the acceptance of the various sections for the SBS team.
The 23 month placement comprises of supporting the Workplace Operations and Services group, working as part of the Intel Leixlip Corporate Services (CS) department team, reporting to the WOS Manager.
Utilize effective oral and written communications to interact with customers and stakeholders
Support Corporate Services Operations functional areas as required.
Demonstrate efficient work methods, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Support CS event Coordination and implementation.
Assist in managing site areas and auditing completion of works to schedule.
Lead audits as part of the Neat, Tidy, Fresh and Safe program across site.
Ability to present out Innovation ideas for the site.
Cost accountancy for various aspects of SBS and CS works.
Ability to work with minimum direction, self-motivator with own initiative
Support WOS (Workplace Operations and Services) team, by coordinating small projects.
Effective at problem-solving, include problem-solving methodologies, research strategies, logical reasoning and cooperative learning.
Ability to review design draws and specifications to more detailed scope through field walks and collaboration with facilities operations partners and discipline engineers.
High safety value and committed to a site and project sate environment.
Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent customer service skillsergy use, water use and waste generation.
A degree or equivalent in engineering or related discipline
Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) skills must be exceptional
Knowledge of smart sheet would be beneficial
