JOB SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth across Spectrum Control’s RF, microwave, and electronic component solutions by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing the full sales support lifecycle. This role engages both new and existing customers within aerospace, defense, and high-reliability commercial markets, promoting technical products and capabilities while collaborating closely with outside sales, engineering, product management, and global sales teams.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying and advancing sales opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and ensuring timely, accurate communication with customers. This role requires a proactive, technically oriented sales approach and the ability to navigate complex customer requirements and specifications.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $60,000-$75,000 Annually.
