Role and Responsibilities

Samsung Electronics Poland MX PM team is looking for (Senior) Product Marketing Manager. Person taking this role will be responsible for preparing appropriate product range and Go-To-Market strategy for Samsung’s SMP category across Polish Retail, through market analysis and 4P management. This role will fully manage assigned part of SMP portfolio from KPI and P&L perspective while coordinating business within MX market strategy.

Job scope:

• Thoroughly manage assigned product/channel business
• Expand product market through comprehensive product GTM operation plan
• Manage product lifecycle and develop promotion strategies to maximize sales and meet company KPIs
• Coordinate product launches across all teams
• Optimize line-up portfolio plan and address market issues
• Manage promotion and marketing budgets for assigned channels
• Optimize and adjust portfolio strategies for different market segments
• Perform the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response
• Plan product price- and promotion strategy in order to deliver company targets
• Cooperate with sales team to drive market strategy according to global guidelines
• Coordinate activities with European and Global Samsung Offices

Expectations:

• Seeking highly skilled and experienced professional
• Strong analytical and strategic skills required
• Ability to switch between strategic and tactical operations is a must
• Strong presentation skills
• Self driven and target focused
• Proven track record of success in consumer electronics category management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in related field required, or 3 years' experience with a master's degree, or a Ph.D. without experience.
• Polish and English skills adequate to daily business communication required.
