We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Peterlee, SR8 2JQ.

This position has a starting salary of £26,208 and based on performance, this can increase to £28,208.

As a Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!

What do we need from you:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• A clear and professional phone manner

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general

• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
