How you will make contributions that matter:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spreader Driver to join our dedicated Team in Terang.

This role plays a vital part in servicing our local farming community by safely and efficiently delivering and applying fertiliser across the region. You’ll work closely with our agronomy and store teams to ensure timely, accurate service that supports crop production and satisfaction of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating a fertiliser spreader truck across farms in the region
• Loading, transporting, and applying fertiliser as per client specifications
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
• Coordinating with store and agronomy teams to schedule and complete jobs
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and applications
• Maintaining cleanliness of the tractor post shift

What you will bring:

• Experience operating agricultural machinery, tractors or spreader trucks (preferred)
• A valid full Australian driver’s licence (car)
• Strong understanding of farm safety and road regulations
• Good communication and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons between 7am – 6pm
