We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic team as an Order Management and Customer Support Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient processing of customer orders, managing sample requests, and providing exceptional support to our Sales and Customer Service teams. RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive order processing and backlog management, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders using Allegro's Oracle ERP system, directly impacting customer satisfaction and on-time delivery rates.
Collaborate with customers, utilizing their ERP systems when required, to seamlessly manage orders, shipments, and documentation, building strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
Liaise with Allegro factory and HQ contacts to resolve order-related inquiries and issues, acting as a key point of contact and problem-solver.
Oversee sample management, coordinating requests from sales and distributors through Allegro's internal system, supporting sales growth and new product introductions.
Track sample deliveries and coordinate with local parcel services to ensure timely delivery, maintaining efficient sample distribution processes.
Partner with Korea sales and HQ marketing to address any sample-related challenges, fostering cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and CS team, streamlining daily operations and enhancing team productivity.
Manage office supplies, maintaining an efficient and well-stocked work environment.
Facilitate team meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in a semiconductor or related customer service role is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage multiple sales and administrative processes concurrently.
Experience thriving in an international and fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PPT, Outlook, and Word).
