1. Inbound

1) SMT component receiving and storing to warehouse

2) Identify and define each lot and each location of SMT component with barflow and logistic

solution

2. Warehouse management

1) Define location and storage for each component

2) Moving components to ESD room storage

3) Count inventory daily, weekly and monthly

4) Improve environment and lay out for optimization

3. Feeding

1) Move components to appointed location by production plan

2) Prepare handling tools if it is needed

4. Outbound

1) Move SMT goods with barflow label

2) Ship SMT components to subcontracted and finished goods to customers
