Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing supplier relations and raw material planning processes
  • Monitoring supplier delays, initiating actions, supporting the operational purchasing team in escalation processes
  • Overseeing goods receipt, booking, and inter-warehouse movements
  • Evaluating supplier performance, initiating and tracking improvement actions
  • Defining and quarterly reviewing safety stock levels
  • Managing obsolete inventory
  • Coordinating supplier EDI implementation
  • Forecasting and monitoring inventory, initiating corrective actions
  • Managing KPIs related to the area
  • Coordinating new product introductions
  • Following up on engineering changes
  • Operating and proposing improvements for SAP procurement logistics processes
  • Supporting, developing, and evaluating raw material planners
  • Supporting supplier development
  • Managing user access rights and related deviation approvals (eRAF)
  • Ensuring primary and secondary SAP key users from the material management area

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in material material planning or logistics
  • Confident English language skills
  • Agile, proactive personality
  • Ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience
