What You Will Do:
This position will facilitate Lean Six Sigma trainings (White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt) and provide mentoring to potential candidates as they fulfill project requirements. Specific responsibilities include:
Plays a critical role in supporting the broader team for management consulting projects, from project initiation, through analysis, solutions development, implementation, and closeout; projects can span organizational development and transformation, strategic planning and implementation, business process improvement, risk management, change management and strategic communications, as well as direct-mission support to federal health clients.
Assists in strategic program support in terms of business process reengineering, requirements definition and documentation, stakeholder management, and communication and database management.
What You Will Need:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
3+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, organizational development, process improvement, workforce strategy, change management, communications, data management or monitoring and evaluation.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
Strong Project Management skills
Must be able to commute to Bethesda, MD, when needed.
