At T. Rowe Price, we are looking for a Transformation Office Business Architecture Lead to join our team and help us create an enterprise-wide strategy for delivering business transformation. This individual will be an integral part of the Transformation Office and will ensure that business strategies are aligned with our technology and data architecture. We are seeking a qualified professional with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Process Analysis, as well as experience in developing and executing on business transformation initiatives. In addition to strong technical and analytical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on an enterprise-wide strategy for delivering business transformation.

  • Work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure business strategies are aligned with technology and data architecture.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize business capabilities and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

  • Utilize strong technical and analytical skills to identify innovative solutions and resolve business challenges.

  • Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, models, and documentation.

  • Communicate business architecture strategies and roadmaps at all levels of the organization

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.

  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Financial Services industry experience.

  • Consulting experience with a top tier consulting firm.

  • Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Professional certifications in business architecture (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) are a plus.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
