Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities. You will engage in strategic planning, oversee project timelines, and ensure that all security measures are effectively integrated into the services provided. Your role will also require you to adapt to changing project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes, all while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance with security standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with development teams and managing cloud-native deployments across environments. - Excellent collaboration skills to work with Java development teams to integrate Pub/Sub and Memorystore with the application. - Ensuring secure communication is achieved using service accounts, roles, and IAM policies. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor and troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues in distributed environments as necessary. - Deploy microservices in Red Hat OpenShift across multiple environments. - Create and manage OpenShift environments including namespace creation, access control, and resource quotas. - Write and manage OpenShift deployment descriptors (YAMLs) for Java-based applications - Configure horizontal pod autoscaling, liveness/readiness probes, and rolling deployments. - Work on load balancing strategies using Cloud Load Balancer in GCP for high availability and failover. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), Google Cloud Platform Administration, OpenShift Virtualization. - Strong hands-on experience in deploying Java microservices on OpenShift and GCP Kubernetes clusters. - Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform along with writing YAML manifests. - Good knowledge of GCP services such as GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Memory Store and Cloud Logging. - Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security threats effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), Google Cloud Platform Administration, OpenShift and Google Kubernetes Engine. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology or similar streams as fulltime education is required.
