The company is looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead the strategy and respective readiness project plans with mapped dependencies which ensure that Customer Experience teams are ready to support customers for the upcoming Ready-for-School season. The Executive Director will work closely across experience teams such as Customer Success, Technical Onboarding, Customer Support, and Operations as well as Math, Literacy, Science, and Platform teams gather, manage, and report on service readiness.

Essential Responsibilities:

Service Readiness Preparedness (50%)

  • Drive preparedness for ready-to-service across Customer Experience. Support and intervene with cross-product departments as necessary. Escalate proactively to address gaps in preparedness before they impact our customers or bottom line.

  • Liaise with product and platform teams to report on readiness as well as share back critical information that impact Customer Experience teams.

  • Monitor overall preparedness plan with tracked internal and external dependencies making strategic recommendations as necessary.

  • Supervise direct reports and associated personnel to create and manage preparedness infrastructure.

Roadmap and Planning (40%)

  • Build a comprehensive roadmap that combines customer experience releases/work, product releases, and enterprise and technology initiatives to ensure the scalability and efficiency of teams, systems, and processes

  • Conduct a needs analysis and re-assessment across experience stakeholders to inform any applicable service readiness plans

  • Coordinate with Program Management and Customer Experience Operations teams to align management and execution of initiatives for the upcoming Ready-for-School season as well as outyears

Ready-for-School Special Projects (10%)

  • Problem solve and develop contingency plans to support time-boxed projects during the Ready-for-School season for Customer Success, Technical Onboarding, or Customer Support

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience in project management 

  • 5+ years of increasing managerial experience

  • 4+ years of experience in operations delivering impeccable customer service to customers

  • Impeccable collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate financial knowledge (e.g. ROI analysis)

  • Experience with software implementation with requirements documentation, setting up user roles, UAT, and training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management or supervisory experience preferred

  • Ability to manage senior management stakeholders

  • Data analysis experience

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
