As a member of Fidelity Wealth Talent and Learning (T&L) team, you will sit as a member of the leadership team facilitating the Wealth Executive Talent strategy for Wealth. You will partner with the Head of Wealth Talent and Learning, the Enterprise Talent team and Wealth HRLT to develop and drive the talent ecosystem to identify, know, develop and grow our leadership bench strength and successor readiness of our Wealth SLT and ELT. Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment
Must be self-motivated and disciplined
Strong business acumen with the ability to link Talent priorities to key business initiatives
Demonstrated success as a change agent for organizational transformation efforts.
Excellent presentation, speaking and, communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to communicate and influence across the organization.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills evidencing the ability to think and act strategically
Develop and use actionable metrics to provide insights that help drive business decisions
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources or related field preferred
7-10 years of progressive Talent experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, organizational design, learning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management
Experience working in large, complex organizations
In partnership with HR, drive development and implementation of all Enterprise and Wealth Executive Talent Strategies (Enterprise Talent Reviews (ETR), SLT Talent Forums, Critical Role Assessment, Wealth Talent Reviews, etc.)
Drive and facilitate targeted actions based on talent insights – driving follow through and completion of actions to support the development and readiness of our leadership pipeline and identified successors.
Develop and drive talent planning efforts to create deeper talent pools of emerging and earlier career associates for development to create an enduring, deep and diverse pipeline of future leaders in Fidelity Wealth
Facilitate Talent Brokering for L3 and L4 open roles in partnership with Talent Partners, Line HR and Peer BU Talent Leads
Additionally, as a member of the T&L leadership team:
Run our T&L routines driving clear line of sight to T&L priorities, quarterly planning and visibility/alignment to programs and initiatives in development and live
Partner across to support the effective 'telling of our T&L story' to our stakeholders – articulating our priorities and impact to the business
Lead our T&L Connections Committee – driving strong team engagement and community across our team through formal and informal routines

The Wealth Talent and Learning Team partners across the organization working in collaboration with Line HR to support and drive priorities in alignment with the business needs. Additionally, the team engages closely with the Talent, Learning and D&I Enterprise teams to collaborate on the design of Enterprise initiatives and the implementation of all strategies and programs into the Wealth organization.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
