Job Description
We are looking for someone with a creative mindset to join our quickly growing Automotive Design Studio. As a Design Business Coordinator your role is to coordinate the studio day-to-day operations, while facilitating new processes and future business and brand collaborations.
As part of the Business Operations team, you will work closely together with Design, Engineering and the 3D Creation and Visualisation teams to support our exciting projects through completion. You will liaise with all teams to ensure all the foundations are in place to achieve our Design vision, track our metrics against studio objectives, as well as support our Advanced Design Director with his diary management and meeting coordination.
You are highly proactive and able to demonstrate confidence when taking on new tasks. A self-starter, you are motivated by problem solving and a willingness to grow and learn. You must be comfortable taking on new projects and thrive in a team environment, while displaying a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience in a creative environment is preferred. Automotive industry experience beneficial but not compulsory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Coordinate day-to-day studio operations, including departmental calendar and processes ownership
Maintain and report on studio scorecard to ensure we are on track to fulfil our objectives
Support the first line with general administrative duties, including diary management and coordination for the Design Director
Work with the Branding team on Business and Brand partnerships, as well as planning studio installations and exhibits
Support the first line with training planning and forecasting
Take leadership for any studio audit preparation
Be passionate about our team culture and help collate relevant messaging around safety and diversity, equity & inclusion
Management of overall office stock and support the Studio Project Coordinator with ensuring the teams have the right supplies and tools
In terms of skills, ideally you have;
Creative experience is a big plus, not limited to automotive
Motivation to be an inspiring and collaborative team member
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven numeracy, data analysis and IT skills, i.e. Excel
Proven problem-solving skills
