Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem resolution and service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience with managing virtual environments, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, resource allocation, and performance tuning within Vmware platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual infrastructure and associated components.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery processes in virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of network configurations and storage integration in Vmware virtualization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
