Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Monday - Friday 9am-5:30 pm (shift may vary due to 24/7 responsibilities)

Pay Range

$33.05 - $49.60

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology or other related field. Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of 5 years management experience preferred. Work experience in a health care setting preferred.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Valid N.C. Driver License

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Oversees supervisors to accomplish the objectives of Parking Services, including coverage and accountability 24/7. Works with supervisors to develop their coaching and management skills. Leads by example by demonstrating a professional and respectful approach at all times, and expecting the same of the supervisors.

2. Hires, disciplines and reviews staff with input from supervisors. Ensures that staffing levels remain within budget.

3. Oversees new employee training as well as ongoing staff training. Ensures that all employees are properly trained and follow established safety standards.

4. Conducts regular meetings with supervisors and front-line staff to maintain open communication and to improve service levels.

5. Develops, updates, and enforces policies and procedures appropriate for the operations of Parking Services. Participates in the implementation of new policies, programs, and system technology to meet operational objectives.

6. Monitors Key Performance Indicators to ensure that metrics meet objectives.

7. Assists with achieving financial objectives of Parking Services, including the development and monitoring of the operating and capital equipment budgets. 8. Ensures that proper cash control procedures are documented and are followed by all staff.

9. Monitors all locations staffed by Parking Services employees to ensure that they remain clean and safe and that they represent the Medical Center well.

10. Serves as the primary contact for services provided by Parking Services. Responds to customer complaints in a manner consistent with WFBH?s expectations.

11. Serves as the primary contact between WFBH and vendors related to parking services and contracts.

12. Demonstrates responsibility for personal development by participating in continuing education offerings and department / hospital activities.
