Position Summary You will support financial planning and analysis activities for a defined business area in Brazil. You will work closely with commercial, marketing and finance partners to deliver accurate forecasts, monthly closes and insightful variance analysis. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead monthly and periodic closing activities for commercial provisions, reversions and net price components. - Prepare clear reports and present closing results to business and finance stakeholders. - Analyze variances between estimates and actuals, focusing on commercial spend effectiveness. - Support preparation and tracking of business cases and post-execution performance reviews with Trade Marketing and Marketing. - Review and validate reimbursement calculations and support compliance and policy oversight on commercial spend. - Maintain and improve templates, models and documentation used in planning, forecasting and reporting. Responsibilities You will partner across functions to ensure timely, accurate and insightful financial information. You will translate data into practical recommendations that help leaders make better decisions. You will bring structure to complex problems and support continuous improvement in planning processes. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in financial planning, commercial finance, forecasting or controlling. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with financial models. - Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing management reports and presentations. - Ability to manage stakeholders and run alignment meetings across commercial and finance teams. - Fluent Portuguese; advanced English is preferred. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools. - Experience in multinational companies, pharma, FMCG or consulting. - Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. - Experience preparing business cases and post-execution performance tracking. - Familiarity with commercial policies, rebates and reimbursement calculations. - Strong communication and storytelling skills when presenting financial insights.
