$22.90 - $34.35JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, and in coordination with the Principal Investigator of the IGROOVE study, performs duties involved in the collection and documentation of recruitment data to support participant screening and enrollment as outlined in the study protocol.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in social science, Education, or Public Health; or an equivalent combination of experience and education including training in research methodology, computerized data processing, and/or interviewing techniques.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform duties involved in the collection and documentation of data in support of screening and enrollment for the IGROOVE study.
2. Participates in all aspects of recruitment activities including extensive telephone screening and data collection of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Enters collected data and performs follow-up activities including scheduling screening and baseline visits within study defined visit windows.
3. Assists in the design and testing of questionnaires, data input sheets, and other data collection mechanisms.
4. Abstracts data from the electronic medical record and completes paper and electronic case report forms, including responding to any requests for data clarification, and maintains all necessary source documents.
5. Participates in scheduled team and department meetings. Provides staff relief as requested by departmental or study team management.
6. Assists in data analyses and preparation of charts, graphs, and reports obtained from research data.
7. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
