About the role
We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as we expand and strengthen Ogury’s presence in the Canadian market. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for growth to help drive us through this pivotal phase.
As the Country Director, you will be responsible for developing and integrating Ogury’s brand in the Canadian market, overseeing team development, client acquisition and onboarding, revenue generation, and the subsequent growth of our Canadian operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the challenge of scaling in new markets and is eager to build something impactful from the ground up. If you’re excited by the opportunity to navigate the unique challenges of a new market and drive Ogury’s success in Canada, this could be the perfect role for you.
This role will report directly to the General Manager, Americas, and is based in our Toronto office. We promote a flexible and inclusive work environment, with an average of two in-office days per week.
