ROLE DEFINITION:
Successful execution of Advanced Electrical Services (AES) projects and/or accounts from Order Entry through Project Closeout. This position works with cross-functional multi-project team resources to ensure expectations are delivered according to defined scope, timeline, documentation, and cost parameters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The scope of this position includes management for all the financial, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of the AES project. The scope also includes oversight for the planning, design, procurement, assembly, test, shipment and commissioning of AES projects. This position is responsible for managing commercial aspects and supporting technical direction to various other project teams, including engineering, purchasing, production and field service.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE (REQUIREMENTS):
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Project Management (extensive experience): Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Business Acumen (working knowledge): Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic (extensive experience): Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Process Management (working knowledge): Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
Collaborating (working knowledge): Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Effective Communications (working knowledge): Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving (extensive experience): Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
