Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise internal teams and contractors.

  • Monitor efficiency and air quality; plan seasonal maintenance.

  • Maintain inspection and audit documentation.

  • Oversee contracts, procurement, and project input.

  • Site-based role with regular inspections.

  • Lead technicians and manage third-party vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with Macau codes and international standards.

  • Enforce safety protocols for high-risk tasks.

  • Oversee HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and lead preventive maintenance.

  • Manage plumbing infrastructure and drainage systems.

  • Occasional evening/weekend work requ​ired.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing, drainage, and HVAC systems management within large-scale facilities or hospitality environments.

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificates in either Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or other rated discipline.

  • Relevant certifications in plumbing, HVAC, or facilities engineering are highly desirable.

  • Proven track record in managing safety-critical operations, including confined space work and hazardous maintenance tasks.

  • Familiarity with Macau building codes and international standards (e.g., IBC), with demonstrated compliance knowledge and practical application experience.

  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC system design, operation, and energy optimization.

  • Relevant certifications in plumbing, HVAC, or facilities engineering are highly desirable.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, may be required depending on business needs and operational requirements.
