The chief responsibility of the Delivery Manager is for supporting the direct deployment of our products and services and end user training while adhering to good project management practices. The position requires significant interaction with cross-functional departments, external customers and organizations leveraging excellent communication and relationship management skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly articulate the value of our service offerings to a range of different audiences.

  • Manage programs and projects relating to the deployment of our product and services across different industry verticals and customers.

    • Create long- and short-term roadmaps/plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

    • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

    • Develop Resource Plans, identifying availability and allocation as well as current skills gaps.

    • work with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements and drive testing to achieve acceptance of agreed to deliverables.

    • Develop change management strategies and plans including an assessment of risk, readiness, and resistance.

    • Develop the communications strategy expressing the goals and methods for communicating changes along with the key messages and level of information needed for target audiences identified.

  • Build and foster strong relationships with the program and client leadership teams by engaging and working collaboratively with them throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Ensure adherence to governance procedures and significant contribution to process improvement, facilitate and chair regular project meetings ensuring all project issues and risks are documented, assigned, monitored, and managed to ensure minimal impact to the portfolio/program of work, reporting status to key Stakeholders and Senior Management.

  • Partner with business leadership to develop scalable strategies to improve business processes and systems, with a focus on operational excellence, improving team effectiveness and efficiency, and driving key outcomes for customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivery across programs / projects using agile or other project management methodologies, in a complex, multinational corporate environment. Experience is working with global teams.  Highly organized with mindfulness and clear concise communication abilities

  • Solid skills in initiation, analysis, design, test, and transition where both Project Management Professional and Agile SCRUM certification / or applicable proven experience is strongly desired.

  • Strong Leadership, managing matrix project teams both regionally and globally, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis.

  • 10-15 years' experience in a Project Management / business operations / consulting / Customer Success role.

  • Effective use of support platforms (e.g., Atlassian – JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)

  • Familiar with data-driven Objective Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Project Portfolio Delivery.

  • Experience working as a customer focused manager to drive projects and/or programs.

  • Able to work autonomously while being a collaborator and assist in driving decisions.

  • Able to coordinate a team against a goal.

  • Committed to continuous process evolution and improvements.

  • Able to communicate appropriately (both written and verbal) at all levels of the organization, especially leadership. The ideal candidate excels in connecting outcomes, process, and execution.

  • Experience with project management related tools, such as Clarizen, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, MS Project and/or SharePoint.

  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Calm under pressure, able to make quick and rational decisions, deliver through ambiguity, while maintaining the project priorities of the team

  • Expected travel 10-15%
