Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired specifications and quality standards. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective software solutions within the project timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of application deployment, scaling, and monitoring using Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to Kubernetes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within distributed systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in containerized environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
