Join us as a Senior Team Lead in our Stratford Westfield Store. The role will be supporting the store team to help bring Gymshark to life, in real life. No two days will be the same, with responsibilities spanning from driving top-tier customer satisfaction and protecting customer retention to supporting the management of your team, delivering impactful training and creating learning opportunities for your team to grow and excel.

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, and agile environment.
  • Experience managing teams and are passionate about development.
  • Comfortable shifting gears and spinning multiple plates.  
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to both give and receive constructive feedback.
  • You do everything to ensure community and customer satisfaction.
  • A shared passion for community, wellness and fitness.   
  • You do all of this whilst having fun, and ensuring others around you are too.
  • You would work where and when the business needs you, be it in-store, on weekends or bank holidays.
