Current Need

We are searching for a Sr. Director, SW Development P2P & Supply Chain Planning  for our Enterprise Application P2P Technology and Quality Services in Irving, TX.

The Sr. Director, SW Development P2P & Supply Chain Planning  with subject matter expertise and deep understanding of processes and applications in Supply Chain Planning, ECC Procure to Pay and Ariba.

The Sr. Director will drive cross functional collaboration across different solution teams with McKesson Technology as well as partnership with Business Engagement Leaders and Business partners.

The Sr. Director, as a People Manager, manage the team’s capacity, deliver projects on-time and on-budget,  develop & drive IT strategy, define BU roadmaps, and manage OpEx and CapEx financials for projects.

Position Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of solution architects, business analyst, developers and drive value realization for Demand Planning and Procure to Pay Services​

  • Provide leadership for teams responsible for IT solutions for P2P Technology Service

  • Manage cost center, project financials and TCO optimization for IT solutions​.

  • Talent management and development of high performing teams​

  • Establish strong relationships across both business and IT leadership; engage and align key stakeholders.

  • Define and ensure success metrics and sustainability roadmap.

  • Hire, manage, mentor, and develop leaders and teams. Ensure accountability of team leadership for team management and results.

  • Manage cost center, project financials and TCO optimization for IT solutions.

  • Talent management and development of high performing teams

  • Establish strong relationships across both business and IT leadership; engage and align key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).

Critical Skills

  • 13+ years of experience of professional experience in related IT field

  • Experience implementing Kinaxis for a large enterprise

  • 8+ years of experience in diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills

  • Experience leading teams responsible for IT solutions for SAP P2P and demand planning

  • Subject matter expertise and deep understanding of processes and applications in Supply Chain Planning, ECC Procure to Pay and Ariba

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong technical aptitude 

  • Experience with a wide variety of technologies; especially Planning Applications (SAP IBP / o9 / Blue Yonder ) and ECC Procure to Pay processes

  • Ability to rapidly learn and if required evaluate a new tool or technology 

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills 

  • Demonstrated technical leadership experience

Education
4 years Computer Engineering / Software Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$177,200 - $295,400
