POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Client Support Coordinator within the TECH team, specializing in technology companies, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and proactively supporting the account managers. You are known for your autonomy, your ability to anticipate needs, and your efficiency in organizing and managing multiple priorities.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

In this role, autonomy and proactivity are essential. You will:

  • Support the account managers in their daily functions by anticipating their administrative needs, while ensuring rigorous and accurate follow-up on client files.

  • Leverage your analytical skills to actively contribute to the development of the technology client portfolio by identifying opportunities and proposing value-added solutions.

  • Independently manage the production and processing of documents, and the preparation of reports, while ensuring the quality of the information.

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with external organizations and partners in the tech sector, while actively contributing to the promotion of BDC’s financing solutions.

  • Draft letters, proposals, and contracts with meticulous attention to detail, following established processes, and ensuring effective coordination with the account managers.

  • Proactively contribute to the TECH team’s marketing initiatives by participating in the organization of events and campaigns and providing logistical support on site.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field?

  • Do you have an interest in technology and stay up-to-date with the latest innovations?

  • Are you capable of taking initiative, anticipating needs, and providing proactive support to account managers in a fast-paced and demanding environment?

  • Are you highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines?

  • Are you known for your flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations?

  • Do you speak French fluently, both written and spoken? English is an asset.
