This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Public Sector Channel Business Development RVP, who is passionate about building top-tier relationships and go to market with leading companies supporting the public sector. 
 
This role will be leading a growth area within RingCentral’s public sector organization that will help deliver outstanding growth by working directly with large and high-priority providers and partners to promote RingCentral’s capabilities for federal and SLED agencies/entities, establish go-to-market solutions and grow overall market penetration.
 

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • A track record of success in, and extensive knowledge of, the public sector market
  • A strong ability to nurture, ramp, and manage new and existing pipeline of identified channel opportunities by expanding business relationships with partners  
  • A strong drive to lead brainstorming, plan and execute programs with partners that help expand the footprint of RingCentral  
  • The experience to engage cross-functionally for negotiating complex and multi-faceted agreements. 
  • Creativity in identifying  opportunities on new and existing initiatives via industry research, market insights, and best-practice sharing.  
  • A focus on teamwork to work alongside sales, operations and executive leadership to communicate key metrics and promote overall growth for the organization
  • A history of building C-level relationships with large companies, providers and agencies 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 15+ years working directly with public sector agencies and entities with Leadership experience
  • Experience as a Sales Leader or RVP
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS Partnerships, Product, or Consulting   
  • Direct working experience in managing integrations with large-scale and complex use cases.  
  • Experienced and well-versed with complex partnerships negotiation and scaling pipeline and revenues with partners.  
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
