Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP FSCM Collection Management to deliver impactful solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FSCM Collection Management solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FSCM Collection Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP FSCM Collection Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FSCM Dispute Management and Credit Management. - Strong understanding of SAP FSCM Collection Management processes and functionalities. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP FSCM Collection Management solutions. - Solid grasp of SAP FSCM Collection Management integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in conducting detailed analysis of complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and design documents. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Collection Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP FSCM Collection Management solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
