We’re looking for a technical Product Manager to join the Ads API team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Own the Ads API roadmap by managing intake, prioritizing features, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Enable new monetization features by defining requirements for the Ads data model and API.
Build organizational trust via expertise, leadership, and demonstrating high decision quality and judgment.
Influence adjacent teams across all different functions by deeply understanding the needs of our customers.
Enable our ecosystem of API partners to grow their business on Snapchat by scaling and investing in our platform and services.
Developing a strong vision and strategy around the future of Snapchat’s Marketing API.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience working with APIs and/or data platforms
Experience working in Ad Tech
Skilled in system design and scalable architectures
Skilled communicator with ability to drive functional conversations and alignment around the data model and API interface for all new Monetization features
Ability to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment
Ability to build trust with engineers, data science and other cross-functional teams
Ability to define and analyze success metrics and input metrics
Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building and managing large data sets, BigTable, BigQuery, and SQL

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
