2026 Undergraduate Summer Intern – Job Posting

Department Title: Undergrad Intern – Canada Marketing

Start Date: All interns must start in office and in person on May 4, 2026.

Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back.

Position Summary: 

Brand, product and content promotion to CDN clients using multiple touchpoints.

  • Department is aiming to expand and deepen engagement with our key clients in key areas
  • This intern will work directly with the events manager to help the team execute on high quality in person and virtual events for our clients. 
  • Will be able to see the results of efforts directly and opportunity to participate at the events and support our marketing and sales team directly.
  • Will get experience in brand, creative and promotional tactics to help drive engagement with the event

Team Culture:

  • This team works very closely with the rest of the Canadian marketing team located in Toronto and Poznan.  Will also partner closely with distribution directly to ensure client needs are met.
  • Creative services, Client insights and the web team will be key partners in helping the team effectively execute on events and follow up. 

An intern in this department can expect to learn:

  • All the aspects of putting together a client event – in person and hybrid
  • Digital and client analysis in measuring effectiveness of promotional efforts and overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities Can Include:

  • Assist in planning and executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Support event logistics, timelines, and run-of-show documentation
  • Assist with client meetings, research, and preparation materials
  • Support event promotion, registration, and attendee communications
  • Assist with event platforms, virtual tools, and live-event support
  • Help coordinate vendors and track basic budgets and expenses
  • Track event metrics and assist with post-event reporting and ROI analysis
  • Provide administrative and on-site support before, during, and after events

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in event planning, live experiences, and hybrid/virtual events
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with digital tools, social media, or event platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 35 (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24 (dependent on location and function) USD per hour.
