This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-office working

What We Do  

To strengthen Fidelity Canada’s advisor and investor marketing ecosystem through high-impact, data-driven content.

This role combines market insight, competitive analysis, and digitally optimized content to help Fidelity show up in advisor conversations and investor questions. The Analyst produces timely commentary and performance-based content that enhances product visibility, supports advisor-facing teams, and drives competitive differentiation.

How You’ll Make an Impact:  

Market Insight & Timely Content Development

  • Monitor market cycles, macro events, sector rotations, and fund flows to anticipate content needs for advisor sales

  • Produce timely, data-driven commentary, charts, and short analyses advisors can use immediately in client conversations

  • Respond to advisor sales requests with fast, highly relevant market explanations, fact sheets, and talking points

  • Translate internal strategist perspectives into clear, compliant external content for web, email, video, and sales enablement

  • Original writing for priority content - Draft original content for select high impact initiatives, complex talk topics or flagship pieces where editorial leadership is required

Content Adaptation & Externalization

  • Review internal PM research, analyst notes, and sales content and convert them into investor-facing, NI 81-102–compliant versions

  • Produce external-ready commentary, charts, and product explanations adapted from internal presentations

  • Ensure all adapted content meets compliance, is accurate, and is suitable for web, email, and advisor distribution

  • Maintain an updated library of externally usable content for the marketing and sales teams

Collaboration & Relationship Management

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Content Strategy to prioritize content needs

  • Partner with marketing channels (email, web, video) to ensure content is structured and delivered effectively.

  • Provide internal stakeholders with competitive insights and timely market intelligence

What You Will Bring  

  • Strong analytical ability with expertise in fund categories, performance metrics, and investment trends

  • Excellent writing and data storytelling skills

  • Ability to simplify complex investment insights for advisors and investors

  • Proficiency with Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, FactSet, or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of competitive analysis and product positioning

  • Experience turning internal research into external, compliance-ready content

Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field

  • CFA designation (in progress or completed) preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in investment analysis, product research, or market insights

Nice To Have

  • Experience producing advisor or investor-facing content is an asset

  • Familiarity with AI search patterns and content structures commonly surfaced by LLMs (no technical SEO required)

For this role, your total rewards include:

  • Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $94,000 to $117,000, based on your experience and qualifications.

  • RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
