The Citi Ethics Office seeks an SVP Reporting & Analytics. Based in Irving, Texas or Tampa, Florida, the SVP Reporting & Analytics reports to the Director of Operations for the Ethics Office and ultimately to the Citi Chief Ethics Officer.


This position will be responsible for preparing Citi Ethics Office materials and reporting for consumption by internal and external stakeholders, such as committees of the Board of Directors, senior management, auditors, and regulators. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Support reporting requirements for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Whistleblowing Directive. 
  • Development/refinement of key Ethics Program reporting and analytics strategy, including evaluating existing reporting, identifying new approaches, and working with relevant stakeholders to adopt and implement new approaches.
  • Drive the day-to-day implementation of the reporting and analytical strategy for the global Ethics program. 
  • Prepare charts, graphs and other analyses highlighting trends, correlations, and key issues.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and produce consistent standardized reporting that can be aggregated with other relevant reporting as appropriate.
  • Provide status reporting (weekly/monthly) to senior management on accomplishments and action plans.

The successful candidate must be able to clearly articulate and depict processes, procedures, trends, and issues through various types of reports and presentations, and conduct analyses of qualitative and quantitative data.  Must also be able to develop relationships with senior legal and business stakeholders and subject matter experts to respond to requests for metrics and participate in discussions with regard to the identification, design, and development of relevant metrics and reports.


Qualifications:
We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 7 years of experience with reporting and data analytics. Familiarity with the financial services industry and products and familiarity with a global, corporate environment highly preferred. The successful candidate will have outstanding writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, discretion, and an understanding of business processes. 


Required Competencies:

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Minimum 7+ years of reporting and data analytics experience.
  • Excel expertise required. Skilled in VLOOKUP and other advanced formula development, Pivot Table generation and Pivot reporting and formatting. Data analysis, automation and/or Business Intelligence tools a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to develop in-depth subject matter expertise in understanding various data sources within the organization and effectively leverage knowledge to derive meaningful data analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and create reports.
  • Discretion and ability to protect confidential information.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to establish and maintain credibility and trust throughout organization.
  •  Ability to recognize risks and apply sound judgment.
  • Experience with IBM Cognos tool suite and other visualization tools experience preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
