Description -
As a Senior PC Ecosystem Product Manager within the Personal Hybrid Solutions group, you will help lead the strategic direction and execution of HP's award-winning product offerings. You will be responsible for creating solutions that leverage the wide array of HP's various end user peripherals portfolio to deliver differentiated experiences through software / firmware; serving as a central resource across multiple organizations including category, engineering, operations, quality, support, services, marketing, finance, and sales organizations. You will be responsible for developing, and managing the software / firmware requirements that solve end user problems through innovative market leading experiences and customer success stories. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead several projects or a portfolio of projects ensuring product success at every phase of the product delivery lifecycle from product definition, development, production, and end of life. By collaborating with internal teams and customers, you will shape the future of personal hybrid productivity and advance our market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function.
Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements and completes detailed competitive analyses.
Uses strong business acumen to assess new features / product requirements viability.
Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs.
Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.
Education & Experience Required:
Four-year College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline (Graduate-level degree preferred).
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification, or any other related certifications.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
