Program Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday

  • Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

  • Location: In-office – St. Paul, MN

  • Compensation: $20/hour

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old by the start of the internship

  • Ideally completing junior year and entering senior year

  • Majoring in Accounting or Finance
     

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Supplier Chargebacks, and Credit.
 

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and interested in developing a strong foundation in financial operations and business processes within a large, national organization.
 

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

  • Assist in processing invoices and expense reports

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within the accounts payable system

  • Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve discrepancies

Supplier Chargebacks

  • Partner with the team to create supplier chargebacks and apply supplier payments

  • Identify past-due balances and reconcile discrepancies with suppliers

Credit Operations

  • Assist in monitoring accounts to identify potential risks or overdue accounts

  • Support the credit team in generating and analyzing credit reports

  • Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records
