Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team at the AutoStore manufacturing plant in Rayong, Thailand. The successful candidate will oversee the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services necessary for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Material Planning: Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and historical data to ensure optimal inventory levels.

• Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best terms and conditions.

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Cost Management: Implement cost-saving strategies and manage the procurement budget effectively.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the procurement team, including purchasing and planning, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and company production and delivery targets.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Language: Fluency in Thai and English is required.

• Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
