Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain software applications using Microsoft Active Directory. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design application solutions. - The Active Directory Administrator will work specifically on operating and maintaining the Active Directory environment and performing planned hygiene and upkeep activities by collaborating with their onshore counterparts. - Apart from this, we would like the resources to carry an engineering mindset to find gaps and opportunities to further use their knowledge to streamline and automate the environment through PowerShell, Ansible and other scripting languages, so, knowledge and experience in scripting is a must for this role. - Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly within and outside the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture and components. - Knowledge of LDAP, DNS, and other related protocols. - Experience in integrating applications with Active Directory for authentication and authorization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Familiarity with cloud-based directory services like Azure Active Directory. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
